  • Yes — Benagil Sea Cave is part of most tours, depending on sea and wind conditions.
    We sail close to the cave and, if conditions allow, get near its entrance. Swimming inside is not permitted for safety reasons.

  • All Oursea experiences include:

    If you're sensitive, we recommend motion sickness tablets before boarding — and we always sail with calmness in mind.

  • Yes. You can sail:
    Morning, Afternoon, or Sunset (3h, 4h, or 6h options)
    We also offer a 9-hour full-day tour to Benagil, Ferragudo & Lagos.

  • If the sea or wind conditions are unsafe, we’ll cancel or reschedule your trip — and offer a full refund if needed.

  • Yes. We welcome guests of all ages.
    Our crew will help make everyone feel safe and comfortable on board.

  • At Oursea Yachts, each charter is prepared in advance with care and attention. To ensure quality and protect our operations, we apply the following cancellation rules:

    Cancellations by the Guest

    • Up to 45 days before departure:
      You’ll receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

    • Less than 45 days before departure:
      Unfortunately, no refund will be issued, as we are unable to rebook the slot or recover costs.

    Cancellations Due to Weather
    If sea or weather conditions make it unsafe to sail, we’ll cancel or reschedule your experience — and issue a full refundif needed. This decision is made by our skipper, based on maritime safety standards.

    No-shows and late arrivals

    • We wait up to 30 minutes after the scheduled time.

    • With prior notice, we’ll wait longer — but we cannot extend the trip to compensate for the delay.

    • No-shows are non-refundable.

    Exceptional circumstances
    Medical emergencies or serious disruptions? Let us know in writing. We treat these situations with empathy and discretion.
